Bruce lives in Chorleywood with his wife and two children.  He is responsible for growing the business into a successful property company and creating investor opportunities with great returns in quality properties​.

​Most of his spare time is spent with the family and when possible, trekking in the French Alps, tasting wine and will be walking to Everest basecamp in the next 3 years with Lee and friends.

Lee lives in Birmingham and is responsible for sourcing, refurbishment and managing the properties within the BandL portfolio.

​In his spare time he likes to keep fit and active by swimming, cycling and cardio vascular workouts at the gym. He has completed a stage of the Tour de France, the 2015 Tour Etape’ 150km climb of the Tourmalet and Hautcam mountains in approximately 8 hours.
